Account Creation

Free and Paid Plans

Golendar offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limitations, while paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle, with at least 30 days' notice.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service integrates with third-party services (Google Sheets, Google Calendar). We are not responsible for outages or changes to these external services.

Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

Our Rights

Golendar and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all data you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other reasons at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
